Research
Since the 1950s, there has been a lot of research conducted about Jawoyn people, our culture, traditions and our current status.
We support detailed research to capture our stories, but we also promote Jawoyn being able to tell our own stories, through our own eyes, and not those of the others.
The association encourages all research projects to involve capacity building for our people to learn research skills in the areas of their interest.
Contributions
We aim to build a list of all research conducted on country to date. If you have conducted any research about Jawoyn people and culture and would like to list your work, please submit to us for inclusion. We ask for you to kindly ask permission from any publishers and provide documents in an Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.
